How onboarding works

  1. Submit a slug and legal entity → pending_review
  2. Founder approves → Stripe checkout link generated
  3. Pay → tenant moves to paid, provisioner creates KVM + IPv6
  4. License key + IPv6 released only after provisioning.

v0 foundation on OHCloud Bare Metal Server 2 (51.81.66.57). Full spec (biometrics, WebRTC proctor, lockdown desktop) is implemented in later gates.
